1: Prices of shipping and methods of shipping available
1.1 SA post office (parcel post) - FREE. Delivery takes between 3 and 7 working days. You need to collect from your local post office.
1.2 Standard economy courier - R99 (delivery within 48 to 96 working hours to main centres). Please take note that delivery to regional centres or outlying regions will take longer and depends on the region being delivered to.
Please note we do not offer an overnight courier service. Contact us via email if urgent info@princesshockey.co.za.
There can be no changes to the delivery method once selected and paid for.
2. Payment Information
Payment for all shipping is made on checkout / completion of the purchase.
We do not offer COD for shipping.
3. International Shipping Information
We do not ship outside of South Africa. We only ship in South Africa to valid physical addresses that couriers can access.
Please not order from outside South Africa - your order will not be honoured and we may struggle to refund international payments and additional charges will apply.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Couriers can not deliver to PO Boxes. They need a valid physical address (including postal code). Someone should also be home to receive the parcel.
We are not able to deliver your goods to another competing retail store to collect.
5. Handling Time
We dispatch all orders within 24 working hours from our warehouse in Cape Town.
The courier will collect orders every afternoon and normally the afternoon on the following day your order is placed.
You should place your order before 11h00 on each day to ensure it is dispatched that same day.
6. Other/Additional Information
Our warehouse is based in Cape Town but it is not open for collections, viewing or visits.
Princess Hockey SA is not a logistics company. We dispatch online orders as soon as possible and then rely on the courier companies to fulfil their duty to deliver on time.
We use UAfrica to select the fastest and most cost effective transport method to get the goods to you. UAfrica’s portal will keep you up to date on all tracking / shipping information.
